We're building a structured, best practice handbook of gift card program basics that will evolve as the industry evolves. Our retail participants contribute best practices while our suppliers provide the best approaches. We're working together to build content for retail training programs and supplier knowledge of the retail industry.

The task building the most beneficial resource guide to the gift card industry has begun. We're combining retailer and partner feedback on suppliers, with robust information to give retailers the best information and choices about where to go to source gift card specific products and technologies.

We're asking the tough questions: what are retailer challenges and what kind of solutions can suppliers provide? Retailers can identify their challenges, find solutions, and choose the vendors to help achieve their goals.
